Elma Popovac

Board Member

Elma Popovac is Member of the Management Board of Payten in Bosnia and Herzegovina. She also holds the position of Member of the Management Board of Asseco SEE d.o.o. in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Finance Director since March 2017.

Before joining ASEE, Elma worked for 10 years as Head of Financial and Risk Controlling Department at HETA d.o.o. Sarajevo (former Hypo-Alpe-Adria Leasing), where she managed the Finance function and was responsible for liquidity management, risk management, operational risk management and project management.

Previously she worked as an auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers Sarajevo and a payment transaction officer at ProCredit Bank.

Elma graduated from the University of Sarajevo, School of Economics.

Marko Simonovic was born on 23.06.1983. in Cetinje, Montenegro.

Graduated from the University of Podgorica, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, section of Applied Computing and received his B. Sc.(Bachelor of Science).

His career started in company Cardinfo Montenegro in May 2006.

Mr. Marko Simonovic occupied following positions:

From 2006 - 2008; ATM Specialist in Cardinfo Montenegro d.o.o
From 2008 - 2010; Executive Director Cardinfo MOntenegro d.o.o
From August 2010 - until now; Country Leader, President of the Management Board of ASEE Montenegro (Asseco SEE has acquired Cardinfo Montenegro in 2010)

Mr. Miljan Mališ graduated from the University of Belgrade, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and was awarded Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc.).

Mr. Miljan Mališ has held the following positions:

1996 - 1998 - communications engineer in the IT company IBIS-SYS, Belgrade , Serbia
1999 - 2004 - Deputy Director-General and General Director of IBIS-SYS (a company acquired by Siemens Business Services)
March 2007 - 2008 - Managing Director of Pexim Cardinfo d.o.o.
July 2008 - January 2018 - Asseco SEE Belgrade Director, Member of Management Board of Asseco South Eastern Europe
January 2018 - present - General Manager of Payten in Serbia, Member of the Group Board

Director

Miloš Matović has been Finance Director of Payten since January, 2018. He also holds a position of a Director of Asseco SEE Serbia since June 2016.

Before joining Asseco SEE, he pursued his financial career as Managed Services Financial Manager in Atos for SEE. Previously, he built his professional path in Siemens, holding the position of SIS BU Commercial Head among many others.

Miloš holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Financial Management Services, which he acquired from IFAM Business School in Paris.

Mr. Tomaž Pelicon graduated from the University of Ljubljana, the Faculty of Economics and received his B.Sc. in 1994.

2002 – 2006; Head of Audit of Financial Services Intermediaries in Ernst & Young Slovenia,

Mr. Mirko Kiso graduated from the University of Belgrade, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and received his B.Sc. in 2000.

Mr. Mirko Kiso occupied following positions:

2000 – 2002; specialized developer engineer in the IT company IBIS-SYS, Belgrade, Serbia
2002 – 2005; POS terminals specialist in the Card department of IBIS-SYS,
2005 – 2008; CTO for POS development and support team in Pexim Cardinfo Belgrade,
2008 – until now; CTO for POS development and support team and coorditation of regional activities regarding POS terminals in Asseco SEE Group,
2008 – 2011; Managing Director of Simt Cardinfo,
